You will be guided through intentional movement explorations that help you shift from self-consciousness into sensation. Discover the dancer inside you, trusting your body and its ability to move with music. This is where technique meets freedom. Learn how dance works to understand your body and its connections, creating space for free, confident, and unique movement. You will leave with your own dance, not a routine. Registration is required as space is limited; no walk-ins. Minimum two participants. Cancellation policy: no refunds or exchanges. Venue: Blossom Ubud, Penestanan.
