What to Expect

Our Breathwork Workshops take place from 2-5 PM in a safe, intimate group setting.
The session includes grounding, somatic awareness, and a guided Rebirthing (circular breathing) journey.
Through continuous connected breathing, we allow emotions, memories, and tensions to surface and release.
The workshop closes with integration, rest, and gentle sharing.
