What to Expect
One-day Vipassana retreat with Ajahn Hubert 🌿
📆 April 18, 2026
📍 Indriya, Koh Phangan
🗣 In Russian language
Sometimes you don’t need to go away for a week to truly pause.
Sometimes one day, spent in silence, awareness, and practice, is enough.
We invite you to a one-day Vipassana retreat with Ajahn Hubert, a Theravada Buddhist monk and meditation teacher with over 15 years of experience.
This is a rare opportunity to practice alongside someone for whom meditation is not a theory, but a way of life.
✨ About the format
The retreat will be held in silence, free from external distractions, with an emphasis on simplicity, mindfulness, and mental stability.
Throughout the day, you will experience:
– sitting and walking meditation
– teachings and guidance from the teacher
– metta meditation
– an evening talk with the opportunity to ask questions
This is a space where there is nothing to achieve or complicate — only to return to awareness and observation.
🧘 About the teacher
Ajahn Hubert is a Buddhist monk who has dedicated his life to the practice and sharing of Dhamma in Thailand.
His approach combines the depth of tradition with clarity of teaching, helping participants not only to “meditate,” but to truly understand the process and develop stable attention.
