Nola Bloom is a yoga and meditation teacher with over 16 years of experience, and has been living on Koh Phangan for nearly 20 years.
She began her journey with Ashtanga Yoga in Thailand, later shifting her focus toward more restorative and nurturing practices such as Yin Yoga, meditation, and Yoga Nidra.
Her teaching style is calm, intuitive, and deeply supportive. She creates a space where you can truly soften, release tension, and restore the nervous system.
