What to Expect

In this monthly meet-up, parents are gently invited to connect first with themselves and their bodies, finding the grounding and empowerment they need, as they then seek to better understand and attune to their differently wired child/children.
Feeling less alone, and deeply connected to other parents in the trenches will be like a healing balm to your weary heart. You shouldn't have to navigate these choppy waters in isolation.
This group is intended for any parent of a differently wired kids whether it be from neurodivergence or significant developmental trauma.
