Throughout the day, we will move through moments of stillness and expression, depth and lightness, science and soul — guided by the simple, powerful rhythm that unites us all: the breath.

• 11:00 - 12:30 PM: Art of Breathing
• 12:30PM - 2:00PM: Lunch/Break/Rest
• 2:00PM: Nervous System Explanation
• 3:00PM: Rebirthing Breathwork Sound Healing
• 5:30PM: Free time, relax and swim
• 6:30PM: Evening Kirtan
• 8:00PM: Closing Circle
