What to Expect

Breathwork is still relatively new to many of us in Indonesia, and for this edition of Temu Santai, we’re inviting you to experience it in a welcoming and accessible way.

Together with Rena from Nawajiwa, we’ll spend the afternoon exploring guided breathwork and creative reflection through intuitive art.

As part of her practice, Rena has been exploring how local cultural elements, including traditional Indonesian instruments and sounds, can be incorporated into contemporary breathwork experiences. She’ll be sharing a glimpse of that exploration during the session.

To close the afternoon, participants will be invited to respond to the experience through a guided intuitive art session led by a Kultara artisan.

No prior experience with breathwork or art is needed.
