What to Expect

𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗖𝗛 𝟭𝟮 – B35 - The Sound of Southern Thailand, Contemporary Music

A four-member band, each with different musical preferences, but all share a love for experimenting with new sounds and constantly breaking the rules. The band initially started with Bank, who plays a traditional southern Thai instrument called 'Pi Nora.' I met Norn, a friend from university, who also enjoys experimenting with new sounds. At first, we focused on rearranging traditional southern Nora music with a strong jazz influence, as we both share a deep passion for jazz.

After some time, we were joined by Dom and Loma, who are also jazz musicians, making the band's chemistry work perfectly. Currently, we are preparing record our first EP, which will feature contemporary music with elements of free jazz, funk, and psychedelic music, while Nora music's penetrated in every song.
