This is a very simple and powerful tool. Is clearly healing, without the need to be seen as therapeutic - maybe that's exactly the key.
To take time to think about my thoughts, aspirations and dreams was very fulfilling. And to represent them through images, symbols and papers that I didn't create, but simply appeared there.. That was fun! It allowed me to deconstruct my goals into something so easy as love.
It's a simple exercise, though it connects us in a deep way... As to share our dreams we all shared a bit of our fears and pains too, and so we connect ✨
