What to Expect

Move, breathe, and flow to an ambient techno DJ set accompanying your practice in a unique industrial setting.

Join us for a gentle Vinyasa Flow designed to help you connect with your body, breath, and rhythm, accompanied throughout by ambient techno sounds. As the practice winds down, the soothing sounds of singing bowls will guide you into a deeply relaxing savasana. Open to all skill levels.

Please bring your own yoga mat and, if possible, wear neutral/dark colours to match the atmosphere of the experience.

@yogania_bangkok is a certified yoga teacher with over 20 years of personal practice and extensive experience teaching yoga to adults, families, and children in Bangkok. Specialising in Vinyasa, Yin, soundhealing, and mindful movement experiences

@olle.wav is a DJ and sound curator based in Bangkok. His sets focus on flow and progression, and for this session he will curate ambient sounds and textured rhythms to accompany the practice.
