This month, we turn our attention to the labour that moves food through cities - the delivery workers, market and mandi labour,
loaders, sorters, packers, and transport workers, whose efforts sustain food systems.

We invite you to look at food not just as something grown or bought, but as labour often invisible, repetitive, skilled, and shaped
by unequal systems. We’ll explore how these realities shape our choices, and how we can respond with greater care, awareness, and responsibility.
