This is not Ecstatic Dance and not Contact Improvisation.
There is no right way to move - this space is free of judgment and expectations, so you can move freely or stay still.
Through gentle guidance at the beginning and carefully curated music, you're invited to slow down, listen to your body, feel emotions and let movement arise naturally.
Connection may happen, but is always optional and with consent.
