What to Expect

Cuddle is not "hugs for everyone."

It is a meeting for adults about attention, consent, and personal boundaries.

What to expect:

• Circle and safety rules
• Short games about consent and contact
• Free time: you can hug, sit next to each other, lie down, or just watch
• Closing circle with reflection

You don't have to touch anyone - "no" is just as valuable as "yes."

No nudity, be respectful, consent is required.

The meeting will be led by Kate, a psychologist and sexologist with many years of experience.
