What to Expect

The ZMACK! Mixer & Jam is an improv playshop and an improv jam show — all in one night.
We kick things off with a light, playful 1-hour mini-workshop, where you’ll learn practical improv tools that help scenes work, help your partners shine, and make everything more fun. Then everyone gets grouped into small teams, takes a short break to prep, choose a team name, and build something together…
…and then we perform a jam show for each other.
This is a great night for:
• total beginners
• curious first-timers
• experienced improvisers who want to play with new people
• anyone who likes laughter, creativity, and a little bit of chaos
250 THB gets you a whole night of improv: fun exercises, creative teamwork, and the chance to perform with cool people in a supportive, low-pressure environment.
This mixer includes principles and exercises from the ZMACK! Improv Training Center’s IMPROV 101 curriculum, as taught in ZMACK! Shanghai, ZMACK! Argentina, ZMACK! Thailand, and with the United Nations Theatre Group in New York City.
All levels welcome. No experience needed.
