In Ecstatic Dance we attune to rhythm, moving freely & without judgment where the music takes us. Each dancer connects with themselves, while respecting the shared space. Everyone feels safe, yet able to try new things & push their edges!
We dance in silence and barefoot, as we are...with no drugs or alcohol, phones or cameras!
No Expectations, No Judgments...Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another...
