The Sanare Experience - Coming Home to Yourself Part I: "Awareness" is a guided reflection experience designed to create a moment for yourself amidst the busyness of everyday life.
Duration: 90 Minutes
these activity include:
* Guided breathing and gentle body relaxation.
* Guided Reflection & Journaling
* Introduction to blind drawing as a practice
* Guided creative expression through drawing with eyes closed.
* Participants open their eyes and continue developing their drawings through colouring, doodling, and personal creative expression.
* Participants symbolically release something they no longer wish to carry by tearing and burning a written note.
* Bringing the experience to a close with gratitude and reflection.
