Experience a modern take on Vinyasa yoga, where movement meets music. Flow through foundational sequences as your breath and body align with the rhythm, guided by experienced instructors from Inside Flow Academy (Yoga Alliance certified).
๐ Stretching & Sound Bath โ Crystal Healing Session
Unwind in a soothing Hatha-inspired session combining gentle stretching, conscious breathing, and the healing vibrations of crystal sound bowls. Release tension through slow, mindful movement, then melt into deep rest as sound carries you into balance. No experience neededโjust come as you are.
