What to Expect
Join us for Running Training for Beginners with Coach Riang!
This FOAM ROLL + MOBILITY TRAINING program will not involve running, but will focus on using a foam roll and improving muscle and joint flexibility.
✅ Equipment needed:
1. Foam Roll
2. Yoga mat, floor mat, or towel
3. Long resistance band or large towel
🚩 Participation Requirements for Beginners: Participation is only permitted if you meet the following three conditions:
1. Run 10km in over 60 minutes, and
2. Run 21km in over 2 hours and 30 minutes, and
3. Run 42km in over 5 hours and 30 minutes.
Example: If you run 10km in 58 minutes but 21km in 3 hours, you will not be able to participate if you do not meet any of these conditions.
