Aerial Yin Sound Bath Yoga is a deeply restorative, non-acrobatic practice combining low-hanging aerial hammocks with long-held, passive stretches, capped off with a sound healing session. Participants hang close to the floor, using the silk for support to decompress the spine, relax muscles, and release tension while listening to instruments like crystal singing bowls and gongs.
