What to Expect

A guided, hands-on exploration into Cranio-Sacral listening and nervous system regulation. In this 2-hour practice we slow down and learn to listen with our hands - to subtle rhythms between head, spine and pelvis. The focus lies on safety, presence and gentle regulation.
Participants will both give and receive Cranio-Sacral touch, working in pairs under clear guidance. This space is experiential and suitable for newcomers as well as bodyworkers.
Please bring a partner, a yoga mat or towel, and wear comfortable clothes.

About the facilitator:
Victor has 9+ years of experience in body-based work with a background in physiotherapy, osteopathic bodywork and yoga, informed by Organic Intelligence.
