What to Expect

Tribal Fusion Dance Intensive with MARIAMA DEL MAR
The initial format is a 3-day intensive with 1.5-hour daily classes, ending with a short choreography performance.

This intensive is open level (no strict prior experience required — participants with different movement backgrounds are welcome). You will focus on developing a deeper language of movement to integrate into everyday life.

The work is structured through five layers:

— visual perception and observation

— embodiment through imitation and repetition

— technique (isolations, illusions, slides, core Tribal Fusion vocabulary)

— energetic states (exploring qualities such as softness, precision, instinct, fluidity, stillness)

— narrative layer, where choreography is learned through imagery and inner storytelling

Through this process, you will develop:

— deeper body awareness and control

— expanded movement vocabulary

— ability to express emotions and inner states through dance

— presence and confidence in movement

— final embodied choreography performance
