Most of us don’t realize when we’re living in survival mode. We call it ambition, productivity, or simply life, but there’s a difference between moving through routines and truly living. Many high-achieving people stay in constant motion for so long that they forget what presence and ease actually feel like.
Clara Ritger understands this firsthand. After building a successful film career in New York City, her health began to collapse, forcing her to question everything. What started as a decision to “see the world before she died” became a complete transformation, dismantling an old identity and discovering a way of living that supports healing rather than exhaustion.
This workshop explores what healing from burnout and chronic illness really looks like: reconnecting with the body, becoming present to life, and releasing inherited expectations. Through guided meditation, somatic practices, and reflective journaling, participants will reconnect with themselves and gain clarity on how to move from surviving toward living with purpose.
