Breathing Mindfulness Meditation was the primary form of meditation employed by The Buddha to attain Enlightenment.

There are many aspects of The Path to Enlightenment that one would need to learn and practice with guidance from a Teacher,
however, Breathing Mindfulness Meditation should be among the top priorities for any Practitioner aspiring to attain Enlightenment.

The goal of Breathing Mindfulness Meditation is to develop “Right Mindfulness”, “Right Concentration”, and to eliminate the unwholesome root of craving/desire/attachment.
