What to Expect
The focus of this workshop is therapeutic alignment for a pain-free asana practice supporting long-term ease and freedom in the body.
Come as you are and work from there. Open to practitioners of all ages who want to learn to work intelligently with their unique anatomy.
The Anusara method works with alignment principles based on biomechanics the intelligence of how the body moves.
You will learn specific actions through the Universal Principles of Alignment and a system of Loops, which are especially helpful for refining individual anatomical needs.
You will be guided by a teacher with 30 years of personal practice and 25 years of teaching experience.
Enjoy a strong, steady, and slow practice. This workshop is educational in nature; expect theory, short lectures, demonstrations, and the chance to experiment with your own body.
