This 90-minute community circle is a guided self-development experience designed to bring people together in a supportive and open environment.
Each week explores a different theme, such as facing fears, cultivating authentic confidence, setting boundaries, and reconnecting to your inner strength.
The intention is to deepen inner wellbeing, build self-trust, and foster meaningful connection within the community.
Flow of Event
We begin with a grounding meditation to arrive fully in the body, followed by reflective journaling to explore the week’s theme on a personal level.
There will be opportunities to share in pairs or within the group, always optional and held with care, allowing each participant to engage in a way that feels comfortable.
We close the session with a guided yoga nidra, offering a space for deep rest and integration.
Participants should leave with greater clarity, emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of belonging.
No specific fitness level is required. this experience is accessible to all. Simply bring your presence, an open mind, and a willingness to participate.
About Haley
Haley is a workshop facilitator, retreat leader, and lifelong student of the mind and heart. Her path began in a very different world - spending over five years working as an international model based in NYC. From the outside, life looked picture-perfect, but internally she felt disconnected, unfulfilled, and searching for something deeper. That experience became the catalyst for her inward journey.
She began studying meditation, yoga, and breathwork, alongside a deep self-led exploration of psychology, neuroscience, and spiritual teachings. What started as personal healing has evolved into the work she now shares with others.
