Touch can be simple.

And touch can be a doorway.

In this Tantra class, we will explore different dimensions of giving and receiving through conscious touch - not as a performance, not as a technique, but as a way to listen more deeply to ourselves and to each other.

We will slow down, become curious, and notice:

What do I actually enjoy?

Can I ask for what I want?

Can I receive without needing to give back immediately?

Can I offer touch without guessing, pushing, or losing myself?

This class is an invitation to explore touch with more presence, clarity, consent, and softness.

No experience needed - just curiosity, openness, and respect for your own boundaries and the boundaries of others.

Expect a safe, guided, non-sexual tantra space with reflection, embodied practice & sacred connection exercises.

IMPORTANT:
