What to Expect

Are you keen to meet other expats and locals while easing yourself into some gentle cardio training?
We're a slow + social running club meeting at 10.30am this Saturday 22nd November at CMU - Angkaew Reservoir. We will be meeting every Saturday at that time outside 'Living a Dream' cafe, where we can gather for coffee/breakfast after a steady 20-25 minute jog. The pace will be suitable for beginners to running with some challenge offered at the end if you're looking for more challenge.
